So there it is just under 100 songs just over 6 Hours... A little Kanye heavy considering dropping a couple of the old songs... Remember I made this playlist with the purpose of keeping people dancing so theres tons of songs I left out just for the sheer fact the BPM is too slow to dance to.
Im also working on a rock playlist to have on another Ipod somewhere else in the house for those who arent trying to dance and talk over the music... if I get bored Ill put that one up too...

2008 Retrospect as told by Nizzo

As we approach the end of 2008 aka 2000hate aka the year most of you turned 21 aka 2000Obama....... I would like to take some time and reflect on the year as a whole including stuff not related directly to my life...

January 1st, 2008.... will always be special for me

Why?

Well I spent that day at Ralph Wilson Stadium with 74,000 other people in the snow drinking beer and watching the first Outdoor NHL game in North America

Allthough the Sabres lost in a game that to this day I am conviced was fixed by the fucker Gary Bettman(I mean why the fuck would Crosby shoot 3rd?.. he still hasnt to this day I can assure you Ive checked) .. it was still the single most memorable sports moment in my life and is going to be pretty hard to top... the whole day was pretty insane considering we partied pretty hard the night before and got up at like 7 am to get to the stadium cook burgers and drink keystone

still overall totally worth it

February 19th- Fidel Castro announces his resignation as President of Cuba... shit remember that... I dont lol I do remember footage of him busting his ass on tv tho

April - I finished my first year at ESF... great only 4 more years... Thanks for nothing MCC (for those who dont know Im in a 5 year program 1 year is abroad) MCC credits dont transfer for shit

May - Poppa C buys a yatch ... changes my life

My dad traded the old boat in for a 31' entry level yatch ... sorry dont mean to brag but this thing is amazing I make it my goal to find a job down by the lake so I can litteraly live on this thing all summer

Sell ALL DJ equipment... records, synth, kaoss pad.... buy $530 electronic drum set for $300 thanks to a friends employee discount at guitar center... commit to teaching self drums

June - I work for Monroe County Parks... on the Mobile Mowing Crew...yeah that means I drive around to all the parks cut the grass and leave... my schedule was 6-4 m-t making $9 ...

July - I work for Monroe County Parks... on the Ellison Park Crew... "hey nick can you switch with kyle? youll have to do far less work, get breaks every 2 hours, keep the same wage, but have to work from 7-3 instead and fridays"... Ummm I guess... best decision I made all summer

I made this a year ago when I moved to syracuse as a way to amuse myself and keep my folks posted about day to day happenings.... as it turned out I only got on it when I was drunk and bored and had stuff on my mind... which turned into being questioned about it constanlty by my parents so I got rid of it all together

So why am I bringin this thing back up?

well for one I am bored as hell... I mean my last class was on thursday and I only have one final.. Monday night at 7pm... normally I would just spend this time free time playing 360 online killing people in call of duty and pwning n000bs in NHL 09..... hahaha sike ... no but really I would be doing those things just not being a complete nerd about it

for two...? umm yeah I have been like obsessed with Kanye Westss Blog latley... I litterally check it like 20 times a day... normally that would sound ridicolous but the man really does update it like every couple hours with tons of cool shit, from architecture, to music, to art, to just cool innovative shit... and hes got tons of links to cool websites ...and I completey intend on putting those links on here as well
I mean props to the man he gets to travel the world and be privalged to soo many things and he takes soo much time out of his busy schedule to share things he sees and does with us ... mad cool I dont care how much you hate him or his new album or all the dumb shit that comes out of his mouth dudes real ... truth

for three... I love to make people sit at there computer and giggle... for example... yeah I know all of us pretty much have stopped using AIM... thanks to Facebook we all know every single event going on in eachothers life (for some more than I want to know..thanks fbook for mini feed reduce feature) ...ummm anyways back to my oringinal point I still take the time to write witty away messages and even though Jess Smith is the only person to actually comment on them I know yall still read them becuase When I bump into at Paddys or some shit your like "yo Nizzo I feel the same way about blah blah blah... and than im like how did u know that?... and ur like ohhh I saw it in an away message" .... yeah so I know your all out there still checking everybodies away messages on the regular... its ok I still do too son...though my buddy list has shrank considerably since highschool... Ive even gotten to the point where I stopped deleting names instead I just have a WHY BOTHER section in which I always keep minimized unless Im feeling really bored and need to see what people I dont like are up to... lol who else is got something like that ?!!?!?!!
